Long story short, I met this girl on my way home. We exchange e-mails and I can't for the life of me figure out what she wrote. I was too distracted to ask her to read it aloud then and now I've got nothing. So I need some help. :p

Does anyone know what she wrote? And WTF is that character that I underlined with a blue mark?

looks like machil22

edit- why not just send a quick email and find out? It'd be a good ice breaker too.

If you get it right you'll probably get some results form google for the username. Stalk away

That was my intention. I've already sent an e-mail to what I thought it was and it bounced back.

Let her make the first move, if she can read your email address.

That's true, but not every girl is into making the first move.

she probably did it on purpose. it was like a mercy thing. she didn't really want to give her email address to you so she sort of wrote it so it looks like she has bad writing or something.

I dunno but what you have underlined is how Europeans write their ones.

lmao, that could've been a possibility, but not in this case. I could tell she liked me, but was kinda shy.

She is European, so that makes sense.

I've tried every suggestion so far and nothing. Looking at it again, it kinda looks like maclu or madu. :\

It's a mirrored lambda and an obscure referrence to Alonzo Church and Stephen Kleene. This chick is deep. Either that or she's a lesbian campaigning for gay liberation. This chick is deep.

you're going to have to resort to less technical, more old fashioned stalking techniques

go back to where you last saw her and try to pick up the trail

do you have any info on where she lives or works?

I asked our resident Polish guy in the office here who moved to the States last year what he thought, and he said it definitely looked like "machi122" to him.

Perhaps she just didn't write in the underscore between the letters and the numbers. There's a clear space in between.

Edit: He also said there was a slight chance it could be madzi122 I think (which is short for another name in Polish), but he didn't think so. We're both in agreement though that the character before the 22 is a one, no doubt. I would try an underscore.

looks like Machi122. That's actually how I learned how to write 1 in school in Europe.

lol, trying to decipher what she wrote is not stalking. When I approached her, she blushed so much her faced turned red - nevermind the big koolaid smile. It was obvious she liked me. :D

She told me where she goes to school but I'm not going there. She was hot, but damn I'm no stalker. XD

Thanks for the suggestion. I sent you a pm, she's Polish. So maybe you can help me out. :p
