Need some help with WoW

WoW has been acting up on me lately, crashing about once an hour. Now I can't see any text at all. The text box is completely blank even though I can see people talking in the bubbles above their characters.

Any idea why this is happening?

Do you have the newest version of Cosmos or such?

Sometimes using a old version did this when I used to play.

I had the old version but updating to the new one still doesn't solve it.

I checked out the WoW website and found a solution. It seems like a common problem.
