Need some help with Vista BSOD.

What's weird is that it boots up to the loading screen, then BSOD and throws 0x0000C1F5. I tried repairing, but as soon as the the files were loaded, it gives the same BSOD. Tried booting from DVD too, and same thing, files loaded, BSOD.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do next? Memory appears to be in good order, one of the stick wasn't recognized but I took them out and seated them properly, BIOS now sees them both but the same BSOD persists.

Thanks in advance.
