My goal is to cool my e8400, 2x8800 GTS 512, north bridge/southbridge.

I have an evga 780i sli, evga 8800 GTS SLI, and an e8400, looking for a good recommendation for parts to get to get all of these taken care of, ty.

Not a realistic budget to cool all of those components. VGA blocks will run you 100 each easy.
Not to mention you'd need dual loops (which means dual rads, and dual pumps) to properly cool all of that...$$$

You could do CPU and MB watercooling with that budget.
EK Supreme CPU waterblock: 69.95
EK-NB 780i Northbridge Water Block: 44.95
Swiftech Radiator - MCR320 Quiet Power Series Triple 120 mm - Black : 56.95
XSPC Laing DDC Reservoir Pump Attachment w/ MCP-350/355 (No Fittings) : 139.99

Thats a little over 300 already, and it's just CPU, northbridge, rad, pump/res.
no fittings or tubing.

EK chipset block itself costs from 45-70 dollars :

and yes you need to use this chipset block thanks to the gay pci-e 2.0 controller next to the nb.
