Need some help with new Epox 8k7a.

I want to update the bios and I see at boot up something about hit alt+f2 for bios update or something like that.
When I try hitting alt +f2 nothing happens and the computer just continues booting.
I cant find anything in the manual about it
How does it work?

Uhhh...did you unzip the bios file into a floppy?

No, I was expecting some kind of screen to come up
So I guess I unzip the bios to a bootable floppy then set the floppy as the boot drive.
Then boot and hit alt+f2.
Does the flash program need to be on the floppy as well?

put all the files on a floppy, boot with the floppy, then type "update" at the prompt, then enter, and wait...

I thought the alt+f2 was something special.
Seems to be the same as any bios flash is done.
