Need some help with my PSP

So I have a bunch of games that I do not feel like carrying with me all the time. Is there a way to copy them directly to the MS?

Yes, I have googled the topic but I cant seem to understand a couple things.

So if any of you out there are wizs with the PSP can u help a brutha out?

I have firmware 3.10 OE-A

I just did that but cant get it to load. The file is a .cso is that just a compressed ISO? Do I need to upgrade my custom firmware to something higher in order to run it?

A couple things. I have an original launch day Psp does that matter? Is all that I have to do is install the new firmware, right?

How hard is it to upgrade a brand new slim? I'm thinking about maybe selling the old one and getting a slim if its easy.
