I just got a Sony SZ660 and it has Vista Business on it. I have never used Vista before so I'm still trying to learn the ins and outs of it.
I recently got this problem where it seems my network properties are causing me problems. The little icon in the task tray that shows your wireless connection has an X on it to symbolize no connection. This is weird b/c I can surf the web fine.
Also, when I put my mouse over it, it shows a message that says:
It was working fine until after a reboot and it started acting up. Now, whenever I try to open Network and Sharing Center in control panel, it freezes/hangs and I have to end process.
Is this a Vista thing or is it my lappy? (Or both?)
Like I said, I haven't had much experience w/ Vista and I don't know if this might be a common error. I have all the updates from Windows and for my laptop.
If anyone has any information, please help. Thanks!
