Need some help with my L7S7A and my Gf4

I got this new motherboard last month and I want to put my GF4 into it but when I put it in there it doesn't seem to work. The fan won't move and nothing will post. This happens w/2 different GF4 that I have in this 1 compter...but the cards work in other computers. Could someone please help me out. I really need this GF4 to work ASAP if anyone can help me out please pm, post or email me..
