Hello folks,

New question: As you can see from the screenshot below, all letters are capitalized in the name column. Is there anything I can do to get them decapitalized? Thanks.

Old question: First of all, here's a screenshot of what I have right now: excel.JPG I'm updating this client database and unfortunately, a client's name is entered as "Lastname, First Name" in column A. What I'm trying to do is if I can separate the last and first names into separate columns. Anyway to do this? This list is long, thousands of clients so doing them manually is not an option. It sucks either way, but hey, it's an internship :)

Thanks!

Highlight the column and go to Data / Text to Columns. Choose a comma as the delimiter and voila!
