Need some help with memory for new E6300

Putting together a E6300 system with a Biostar 965PT and a X1950XT. I need some help on my Ram selection however.

Right now im looking at getting 2x1gb modules of DDR2-800. I figure that way even if the ram is worthless and craps out at DDR2-801 (not likely) i still have 7*400 = 2800mhz going for me.

Since i dont plan to stress this too hard (im not pushing this to extremes, just modest overlock here) im just looking for the cheapest memory to get the job done. Right now im looking at:

Geil DDR2-800

or maybe

OCZ

Anyone have any experiences with either of these or have a personal preference?
