Need Some Help with IS7 & 2.4B

Can someone tell me what kind of RAM is best suited for this combo? I'm not trying to break any speed records, and would be more than happy with a 3.0 O/C. Price would be the major concern of mine.

Well I have a 2.4b and was able to get 180fsb range and coupled with a 3:4 or 4:5 ratio you will stee see over 400mhz ddr....


IE

2.4b@3.06ghz is 170fsb

1:1 = 340mhz (pc2700)
4:5 = 425mhz (pc3500 or good pc3200)
3:4 = 456mhz (pc3700)

I would say look at some good pc3500 stuff cas 2....

pc2700 or pc3000 is all ya need.
you dont need expensive stuff, anything that runs cas222 will be fine.
Kingston Value ram or HyperX are good.

dont even worry about the 4:5 and 3:4 ratios ~ youll want 1:1 so you can use fully enabled PAT and GAT.
