I recently changed the email address on my Heatware account. That was about a week ago. Yes, I read the caveats that said that the account would have to be "re-activated". I believe it said something about a confirmation email to do this. Well, it has not happened and I am due some additional heat. I have sent at least three emails to them and have had absolutely no replies as yet. BTW, yes, I still have access to the "other" account that was listed and there have been no emails there. Actually what I did was change from my old yahoo account to my current "standard" account to make it easier for folks to get in touch if they needed.
What can I do?? Any help would be really appreciated. I didn't have a great deal of heat but 12 positives is 12 positives. Know what I mean?? I really don't want to start all over.
