Can someone please tell me the correct timing to set on the 2X1GB Corsair Valueselect (VS1GB400C3)??

fyi, everything in my system is stock as of right now.

funny cause i was checking out my friends bios today and just so happens i read what your looking for. he is running a x2 3800 stock with corsair value ram 2.5-3-3-8.

I am running the same ram with the same settings, however, I had to up my ram volts to 2.7 in the bios to achieve stability.
