Okay, I am looking for a PC for my brother. I need something relatively inexpensive. If I could find something new for under 400 without monitor that would be awesome.

I want it to be able to be used for gaming... Nothing crazy ... atleast be able to handle something like world of warcraft... maybe some stronger stuff... I know he was interested in Neverwinter Nights 2.

Like I said... any help would be appreciated...

I am especially looking for some Black Friday Sales...

Why don't you go down to your local Walmart/Circuit City or whatever and get an eMachine for $449, complete system?

No hassle, just a great machine for a young man to get started with.
Best present for a little brother to enjoy the fact his older brother really cared about him.
