Need some help with BIOS flash

I have a KT7 Turbo and i want to flash it to it's latest bios version, unfortuneately theres no walk through in my Manual so i need someone to give me a sure fire, cant go rong, step by step process on how to do this. I have tryd to flash other boards to no avail, im pretty bad with DOS. Thanks in advance
 
go to bootdisk.com and get the drdos7.1 image, make the bootdisk, get the latest msi bios file (2.7), copy the files over to the bootdisk, reset the pc w/disk in floppy, make sure you don't press anything while the bios is updating. reboot, your finished.
 
Sleepy Guy, im going to try the way msi said to do it and if it dosent work then i'll try your way. Whe you said, "make the boot disk", did you mean make a boot disk in windows or just format the disk in DOS?
