Need some help with Athlon L Bridges

Just need to know if anyone has a url that will give all the L bridge settings for the Thunderbird core, Ive got a 1ghz AVIA core that I would like to tweak but my current MB lacks any overclocking features. I'd like to hard wire it for 1.85V and maybe up the mulitplier. Thx
