I have an old intel slot 1 motherboard comptuer that i just cant get working.

i have swapped out every component and i always get the same beep code


1-4-3-3


any idea what this beep code means?

the spelling processor is broken it can't spell 1-3-3-7 anymore 😛

which brand/model is the motherboard

Heh...that made me laugh

If you have a mobo with a phoenix bios, the 1-4-3-3 means that you should autosize the cache...whatever that means. 😱)
 
Have you tried Intels web site for the mobo manual ???

I got an old Intel socket P3 mobo 6 months ago and found the full manual was posted on the site.

Okay.. for laughs I looked up the beep codes in my manual.
The beep codes start with one beep, the two beeps, then three beeps..etc up to 11 beeps.
No beep sequences that you describe.
If I add up your beeps, I get 11 and that is my code for invalid BIOS.

Did I help any ? Probably not......try Intels web site...or reset the BIOS anyways.
