Need some help with a project for school...... Please help me im running out of TIME!!!!

OK I had to make a movie for english class.

I made it and uploaded it to my Computer via a VCR and my AIW 8500.

I have edited the video and now I want to put it back on a VCR tape. How do I do this??? What needs to be plugged up where and what software?

Also how can i change a mpg to a wmv or avi format?
