Need some help with a new system

Im thinking of putting together a new system and I need some help from some of the resident experts here =). Basically what I want to get is something like this:

- Athlon 64 3200+
- MSI K8N Neo Platinum
- 2 x 512 RAM DDR 400
- Audigy 2 ZS
- Gefore Ti 4600 (have it, will updrade at a later date)

I have a hardrive and other components from my other system that will go into this system so the other pieces of hardware are not a problem. My main concern was when looking into the OCZ memory, there is dual-channel and single-channel memory. I was wondering if it matters which one I get? Will they both function the same or do I have to buy a certain one?

The other thing I was wondering if ayone can point me to a good case. Im looking for one that looks stylish, has good air flow, and is affordable. If it comes with a power supply, I guess that's a bonus. For the power supply, what kind am I looking for? Will 350W do me fine or do I need something more? Keep in mind that I probably will upgrade my graphics card to a 9800/5950 or X800/6800 sometime soon (1 - 2 months).

Any help is appreciated. Let me know what you guys think or if I should go for a different cpu/motherboard, etc.

Thanks

Athlon 64 socket 754 doesnt support dual channel so you can get either type of ram. Single channel sticks are usually cheaper the Antec Sonata case is great. it has good airflow looks great, and has a true power 380 which is an awesome powersupply. If you need gigabit lan, on chip firewall, and 4 sata raid ports the k8n neo is a great choice if you don't need those things you may wanna look at the vnf3-250 If you are an overclocker you may consider getting the A64 2800+ as it oc's very well. Mine at stock voltage and hsf gets 2250mhz.
