Need some help with a new PC...

Let's say I wanted to build a new, inexpensive PC for my mom as a gift... I have two sticks of PC133 RAM, a keyboard, a printer and a monitor that I can use.

Any suggestions as to the cheapest I could look for? (besides the $199 one from WalMart)

I just meant an integrated mobo and gave an example...


I am sure the PCCHIPS makes integrated stuff...they always have...:|
