Need some help with a graphic design (advertisement creation)

I am willing to pay $15 paypal for a graphic artist to make an advertisement for my lending company. I want to use a .jpg to use on craigslist. I will give you the text for my ads and you can go nuts with it. I know its not much money, but I know theres plenty of bored talent here at ATOT. Where's that thread that tells you which ATOTer knows what. Oh wait that's right, he only wants the mathematicians, engineers, and whatnot because advertising and graphic design mustn't take much knowledge or talent or anything.
