Need some help with a ghetto case

Alright, I have this cheap case. You know how you have to connect those little tiny wires to the motherboard, like the reset switch, power button, speaker, hd led, etc.

Well the tiny wires are not labeled... grrrr

I finally figured out which is the reset button, but there are 3 pins on the mobo, but there are only 2 holes in the wire... what do I do?
Same deal with the power switch.

Also, I see a little wire from the power supply, is that the one that goes to GD, i.e, ground?

 
You don't need to usew all the pins on the mobo,as long as your getting them to work it doesn't matter. Its sometimes trial and errror with those wires. I had a similar problem a couple of months ago and it took me about a half an hour to figure the correct configuration.
