Need Some Help with 80GB Sata Drive?

Hello everyone!! Currently, I have two 160GB Hitachi drives set up with raid 0, a partner of mine gave me a Hitachi 80GB Sata drive. I would like to know the best way to set this drive up so I can put it to use?? Thanks

I am not sure what you mean. Is it that you don't have any open SATA ports. If so you can buy a raid controller.

No, I have 8 Sata ports on my motherboard and Sata ports 3 and 4 are currenlty being used by two Hitachi 160Gb hard drives, I have an extra 80GB hard drive I would like to use just for music and movies but i'm not sure how to configure it to my raid setup???

You don't want it as part of your RAID array, you just want to add it as additional storage.

Just plug it in. The SATA ports can be used for other that RAID.
