Need some help w/ Oracle SQL Developer

View > Connections. Then expand/navigate until you get to your table. Left click on the table name. Then in the worksheet choose the "Constraint" button and you should see it under "Constraint Type"
Or right click on the table name and choose "Export DDL" and you'll see it in the SQL.
