Need some HELP using Crysis 1.31 mod! CONFUSED

Hey I am trying to figure out how to use this mod. It is probly really easy, but I am confused like no other!

I downloaded winrar and then installed the mod in a new folder. I selected Autoexe.cfg and Level 4 config.

How do I actually apply the mod? Do I just start playing the game now, or do I have to mess with something else. I opend crysis, but didn't notice that anything in the menu changed and in the bottom right it still says 1.1.1****
