Need some help: Split plugs + MATX mobo?

Kabob

Lifer
I've not built a computer in many years, apparently the guts have changed a bit.

I've got an OCZ 700W Gamexstream PSU and an Asus Rampage II Gene mobo. Now, the mobo has the typical 8-pin EATX12V connector and 24-pin EATXPWR connector. My PSU has the EATX12V connector split into two-4 pin connectors and the EATXPWR split into a 20-pin and 4-pin connectors.

Now, I see that I can just plug them in side by side but the mobo has a removable cap in 4 of the EATX12V connectors...

So my question is, what do I need to plug in? All? Some? None (ok, probably not none)?

I tried Googling and found nothing helpful.

Thanks!

The cap is for folks whose PSU only has the 4-pin connector. Since yours has the 4/8 pin...use the whole thing.
