Need some help setting up a mailing list...

I need to set up a large e-mail distribution list for weekly e-mails to an engineering group. The list is to large to just create a distribution list and send it via one e-mail, I don?t want to have to make 4 or 5 distribution lists and I don?t want everyone to have everyone else?s e-mail address. I know that there is a better/easier way to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

but, how big is the list that you can't just make a single distribution list?

As for keeping the email addresses hidden, just BCC the distribution list(s).

You have have a Distribution List that contains other distributions lists if you want to keep the size of each one down.

And yea just use bcc to email it.

I just spent a few days looking for a decent mailing list software package for Winders and really didnt' find anything. Either they were no better than using a DL in Outlook or they were expensive and designed for a high-end subscription mail list with moderators, etc. Did mine in Outlook and worked fine.
