need some help regarding my antivirus and some worm/virus related inquiry...

Why is that my resident background scanner succesfully detects the worm/virus but whenever I try to make a full Scan (the main scan/scanner) there is no virus or worm detected.

The antivirus Im referring to is Trend OfficeScan Corporate Edition 5.58.

And the worm Im referring to is WORM_PLEXUS.B on file C:\WINDOWS\system32\supu.exe <--- I read that this file is created by the worm.

guys, what do you think is the cause of this? is it maybe because of Trend OfficeScan's resident scanner? because Avast resident scanner detects no worms or viruses only Trend's OfficeScan's resident scanner detects it BUT OfficeScan's main scanner detects nothing, and the funny thing is that when I tried to search for "C:\Windows\system32\supu.exe" the search cant find the file...
