Hangs will be either heat, drivers, or mem.
Disconnect none essential components in your case and usb. See what happens. With that, then diable anything not critical in Device Manager.
If still nothing. Try to duplicate the problem in Safe Mode.

Hope this at least points you in the right direction

Any recommendations on what brand and how much power?

EDIT: I want something that is stable as hell.

A bad PSU will cause hangups when just browsing the internet and doing random things? You would think it would hangup more often when in graphic intense apps like WoW and CoD. I play World of Warcraft all the time and every now and then it will do it. What could be causing it to be so random like it is, regardless of the application I am running?

Get a new power supply and if your problems don't go away, then you can start to point to other parts of your system but I'm pretty sure it's your power supply.

I would buy an Antec or Enermax power supply.

Before you order, try relaxing your memory timings in bios. I'm running on a Generic 350W PSU and I've got two 120GB drives to add to the setup in my sig and Im running fine. Though I do plan to upgrade the PSU, 350W doesn't help my OC'ing ambitions.
