Need some help on new speakers

So I am looking at getting new right, left and center speakers

The right and left will be going on a kenwood vr-615 receiver (and might be moved to the next receiver a bit later) and the center will be placed with a pioneer vsx-816

The budget for the front is around $70-$100 for the pair (I know thats not much but its all I got right now 🙂

For that price I can get the following:
Monitor 30 for about $100 a pair +tax/shipping
or
CR57 for about $72 a pair + tax/shipping

I might be able to squeeze for the CR67 but those would cost $125 a pair + shipping/tax

For the centers:

CRC7 for $90 plus tax/shipping
or
CSR for about $65 + shipping tax

If you guys could help me out I would appreciate it! Also - if you could tell me as to why one would be a better choice (or recommend others) I would be greatful so I know for next time. Teach a man to fish and all that 🙂

You should get matched drivers for your front 3 speakers, but I think manufacturers will do since they use about the same driver for most of their speakers in the same price range.

If you're going to look into polks. Look at the RTi line instead of the monitor. The monitors are the budget models. They use vinyl wraps and generic drivers. The RTi line uses wood veneer and Vifa drivers. You can get the RTi4 for about the same price as the monitor 30

Thanks - I'll look into them

As for the pricing - our company has an accommodation program with Boston and Polk
