Need some help naming a particular artist

I can't remember if i found the link here or not, but it was of paintings done by someone with lots of pastels and friendly critters(looked like it was for a children's book) but then there was always a slab of raw, bloody meat somewhere in the picture. I have a friend who would be intrigued by it but my hard drive died and i lost all of my bookmarks please help!
