So I am trying to find some articles on the below topic, I tried entering difference fraises rearanging the wording simplifying it but I haven't found the results I am looking for the topic is...

"How can I save up for something I desire and still pay the bills."

I have heard of advice articles pertaining to this piece but can't find anything, please don't tell me something like stop eating or don't buy anything, I don't spend excessive money, I have heard of articles where it teaches you a budget plan that allowes you to pay your bills like usual still save for something big.

I found this too, I really appreciate the help but this isn't what I am looking for, its a certain topic, being able to save up while paying bills and still having money, I know what a personal budget is
