Now this is in the library for the evaluation version and I have the full version here so you'd think I'd be able to locate this stupid commonly used timer IC, but I ran the search on all the library files and came up blank for 555, 555D, LM555, and several other variations. Manually checking the DIG_MISC.LIB showed that it was not there either even though Orcad's documentation mentions it should be there.
This is probably just a stupid little error on my part but its driving me nuts!
Any input would be most helpful.
PS I started a new internship this past week and I'm learning one heck of a fun software package called SAP. Now that will give you a headache
. After a while though it grows on you. Especially the awesome power and flexibility for a national company. And I'm confined to the logistics module...
