Need some help: LCD HDTV went out other night

My Toshiba 32RV530U went out on me the other night in the middle of a crappy movie. I still have sound, but no picture (tried changing cables, input sources). I also don't have any of the on screen menus for the TV. The backlight is still working though (picture lights up a little bit when I turn the tv on)

Just wondering if the inverter crapped out (relatively easy to replace)?
