Need some help if anyone can help

I just got my Seagate 74gb 15k Ultra320 SCSI drive. I have an Adaptec 3400s Ultra160 host adapter.
I can run Winxp and let me install the OS but when it tries to boot after the installation is done, it will not boot. It says system disk not found.

I have tried changing from SCSI to LS120 in the bios of my mother board but no luck. Have the latest bios and all.

I have a Gigabyte K8NXP mobo by the way. I belive Ultra160 cards should work with ultra320 hard drives right?
Did I miss something?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

I dont have that option in this bios for this motherboard. I usually see that in other motherboards but this one doesnt have the all other devices.

My order are

Floppy
Cdrom
SCSI

and that is all the options I have. No option to boot other devices. I think now that maybe this card is just not compatible running Ultra320 drives.

I have tested this on an old ultrawide III scsi card and this works and boots fine. Darn thing is only a singe channel and I wont be able to use my tape drive that is why I was attempting to run this drive on the 4 channel 3400s card.
