anyone here know a place where I can buy a 12DCV to 220ACV converter for cheap?

and also, if I use it in my PC, would my PS be good enough, I have an Antec Ture430.

What the heck are you going to run on 220VAC? How much power does it need? Thinking commercial washing machine pump for liquid cooling?!? 12VDC to 220V AC power inversion would likely be quite inefficient.
. Best to use a step-up transformer (like that used to power European stuff from US power) directly from the wall outlet.

Thats what im wondering also lol

yea, a transformer would be a cheaper solution.

I bought a water pump for my water setup and it uses 220ACV. it'd be pretty easy to use a converter or transformer but I wanted the pump to turn on and off with my PC. So I thought it'd be nice to power the pump with my PS, hence my question here.

my alternative would be to get a PCI relay card for the pump and use a transformer with that.
