Need some help getting games to play in full screen ?

I have a laptop with a amd 8700p, r6 graphics apu, windows 10 . The drivers are up to date .

This is what need some help with . I have some older games, command and conquer, supreme commander, and supreme commander 2 . The games play ok, but the games are playing with black borders on the sides . Thanks .

you might need to force the correct aspect ratio... as these games are older and probably don't support it natively. normally I'd recommend Flawless Widescreen but only for newer games that don't have native widescreen support. you may be able to use some other kind of third party hack or config file but I wouldn't know. possibly do a bit of game-specific searching.
