It's been crank calling my wife who is a teacher. From what I can tell, it's a West Coast PCS phone server. Can anyone give me a name, so we can take action? (if it's a student, they're suspended)

Update: called the phone and found the identity through VM

Unless you know someone who works for West Coast PCS you won't find it.

Reverse Phone Lookup only works with listed residential and business phone numbers.

The phone number "(916) 628-2832" is a Scrm Main, CA based phone number and the registered carrier is West Coast Pcs Llc. However, due to number portability, some numbers have been transferred to a new service provider other than the registered carrier.
