Need some help from a photo expert...

My cousin passed away two days ago at the age of 23. I only have one picture with he and I, and all of "us" cousins in the same picture. The problem is, that this picture was taken about 7 or 8 years ago with a primative 1.2 Megapixel camera. The picture isn't the best it could be and I'm wondering if anyone with skill could touch it up to a framable state? I have 2 copies that were taken at the same time, one is with a flash and the other without. It would really mean the world to my family and I if we could get a decent phtot from this time.

My wife and I don't have much money at the moment, but I do have many collectables I'd be willing to trade for your services if you can help. I have excellent heatware and have traded with many members here. If cash is a must...then I could work something out to get money into my paypal account. Please send me your offer and I can email you the copies of the photo.

Please let me know if you could help me out!! The visitation is this Wednesday Jan 2nd, and I'd love to be able to hand my uncle and my cousin's brother a nice copy of this photo.

The photo is already cropped to 4x6 ratio, so you should be good with that. Tried to improve it a little bit...but unfortunately not a lot to work with on such a small file.

mcurphy needs some help from someone that knows a bit about correcting white balance in a photo...along with editing out the halo effect...if anyone has that kind of expertise. I couldn't really help him unfortunately.

White balance shouldn't be that hard to correct, unfortunately removing the halo is out of my league, otherwise I'd help.

I'm sorry for your loss bud.

I'm not experienced with color correction. I haven't used that often (other than with RAW files of course).

Unlike film , digital photos are pretty much what you have is all your going to get, but its always worth a shot to try.
