I've been debating on whether to get the 6600GT or 6800GT (pci-e, of course)
the former is just under $200 (leadtek from newegg) while the latter is $400 (BFG from chumbo)
with NV48 coming out around summertime, would it be better to
1)get a 6600GT, keep it a year plus a few months, sell it on eBay, and get the new card, presumably $450-500
or
2) get a 6800GT, keep it for 2 years (2007) and then sell it & get a new card (presumably $300-400 at this time)
i want to play games like HL2, CS:S, flight sims, BF1942, BF vietnam at 1680x1050 (probably 2xAA/2xAF . . . maybe higher if possible)
