need some help compiling info about forums

I know there are a lot of questions out there that people ask incessantly, and it would be very easy for them just to search it out. So I had an idea of making a sort of table of contents that could be STICKIED to the front of each category, and people could look up existing threads for popular questions.

So, if I could bother you for a bit, what questions have you seen asked a lot on here. I'll do the research and post where the thread is located and all that. This mainly pertains to the other categories where troubleshooting questions and the like are needed, as OT is kind of special in that aspect, but nonetheless. I think it would help out the forums a lot, and maybe quit some of the useless chatter.

Some I've already seen:
1) 200gb hd showing up as 137gb.
2) RAID FAQ (ugh, we need this one bad)
3) maybe a final consensus about reccommended hardware
