Hi i am looking for a new case. I need this case to have a window, ability to mount a 120mm fan + less than 70 shipped

You might want to be a bit more specific. Try looking around at Newegg and then posting which ones you like and see if others can find better prices/cases. 🙂

got 2 on my desk at work as we speak. sturdy, good price, and great case to work with as well.
 
Easy to find a selection to choose from using the newegg case configurtor (or the same thing on several other sites like Directron). Stop back by when you have it narrowed down to under 5 choices... I suggest using $40. to $54. as a price range in the configurator on newegg as the top shipping will be $16. so that makes sure all your choices fall in your price range. My quick search gave me 52 mid-towers to choose from on newegg.
