The company I work for is trying to win a bid on a project. Part of the requirements is to build a web portal that is basically like a mirror of a competitor of ours. Our client likes us more than our competitor, so if we can do it, we will win the project. The problem is that it was a custom developed portal in php. I really am not good with web design and there's nobody else here that can do it. We would have to outsource.
Has anyone here worked with somebody that they would recommend? Is there anyone here that is out of work and can do it for us? We would need a proof of concept by Friday. Our budget cannot exceed $3,000.
If somebody can help point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
I know I can just go to google and find somebody, but I would rather work with a referral. I want somebody that is going to be reliable and get the job done. We don't have the time to interview multiple people.
