need some help... about CAT5 cable

the wires came undone from the wall... where i plug in the CAT5 cable...


how do i put it back together?

there's a orange and orange with stripes, blue and blue with stripes, green and green with stripes and brown and brown with stripes


there's four slits at the top and 4 at the bottom... i know the color and its stripes go next to each other but which goes on top and which goes on bottom??
 
alright i figured out which color should go where in the wall jack

i just gotta figure out how to put the wires in... anybody know?

I tried sliding the wires in the little slits... but it's not working. hmmm

Style 110 impact tool for mine (Leviton quickports) They give you a free plastic one in the package. All it does is jam the wire down between the two cutting edges, which then cut through the sheilding and make electrical contact. You could PROBABLY do it with manual brute force.
