All crap....

Your body needs a multiple vitamin at best...the human body cannot stockpile nutrients to any great degree.

Exercise 3 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes and cut down on processed flour products and carbohydrates....you cannot help but become healthy...

That should be your goal...

Read this.

Dude, if you are even slightly intelligent, you will realize that all you have to do to be healthy is eat non-processed food that is nutrient dense (i.e. fruits, veges, grains, and legumes) Your body will adapt in no time. I ate these foods and walked about 1-2 hours every day and I lost 50 lbs. in a couple months.

EP, I can say from first hand experience, the only suppliments that are worth anything is:

1.) a MRP drink (meal replacement) like Myoplex, EAS, etc. (general rule of thumb= 1 or 1.5 grams of protein per lb. of body weight). Protein is protein, whether it comes from suppliments or lean chicken, fish, beef, eggs, etc.
2.) "Cutting Gel" and the like is good, for one thing... emptying your pocket.
3.) Drop the carbonated water drinks (Coke, Sprite, or any drinks with sodium), the sodium makes you hold excess water=smooth, not ripped.
4.) Drink at least a gallon of water a day.
5.) Get at LEAST 20-30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week at least.
6.) Do NOT give up. It takes time to get ripped and lose that "soft" look.

First, Stacker/Stacker2 does what it is advertised to do, burn fat. It burns the fat that you take in during your meals. It does not burn the fat that your body has already stored. Most people do not realize that because they simply do not do the proper research. Stacker 2 and many of the others do what they claim, but one must engage in a regular exercise program, and learn to eat properly in order for it to work.

I lost almost seventy pounds in a little over a year, and I never used any of the dietary supplements available. Exercise, proper eating habits, and lots of water are to keys to losing weight, and keeping it off. Do the research. Do not fall for every gimmick available today, because in the end you will just regret it.

There are many health and fitness web sites that can be a valuable resource for research, and motivational purposes. One such website is http://weightloss.about .com/. It was very useful to me, and it really attacks the pros and cons of many of today?s popular diets. Good luck.

P.S. If you are lifting weights, and gaining strength. thats cool. But intergrate a cardio routine into your exercise program. Also when you lift the weights do more reps with lighter weight that will tone the body.

If you want to tone down. I do not think taking the protein, and soy whey supplements on a regular basis will bring you and closer in acheiving your goal. Sure that will help in replacing the fat with muscle, but you will also bulk up, and you just might never tone down because of using them. Again, do the research.

You need to strictly adhere to the four basic food groups:

Caffeine
Nicotine
Sugar
Preservatives

You should also supplement that diet with large quantities of chocolate.

Kyguy,

Twinkies are an excellent suggestion, since they are packed with goodness from two of the four food groups.
