Need some good venison recipes

I second the venison chili. Yum. I usually cheat and brown the meat, dump in a can or two of chopped tomatoes, couple cans of beans, and a good premixed seasoning packet. cook for an hour or two (the packet usually says 10 minutes, they are liars.)

you should also include directions saying to use lower heat than the package suggests for the extended time... =/
 
Depends on what cuts you get.

Chili is always good. So are just plain steaks or a roast. You also might try making jerky, I do every year and it's good stuff.
 
Even though you probably won't be able to make any, I had some venison sausage the other day that was awesome. 😀 Expensive though. 🙁
