Need some good security cameras...

A couple of days ago, I was at my friends house and then my sister called me and she was scared because somebody was in my backyard. So me and my friends gets there 3 mins later and the person is gone.. Well, last night, I was in my garage looking for a drill and I heard a bunch of sh!t fall in the other side.. I search the other side and there was no one. So I look outside and the gate that was once attached to my house (the garage side wall) is partally ripped off. My dog was barking like crazy, so I'm guessing she scared them off...

I need to have video survalence so we can show the police something solid. We have already contacted the police, but until I can produce something solid, there is basically nothing that they can do...

I am looking to spend roughly around $30-50 a camera, and would probably need like 4 or 5 cameras. I have a guy coming very soon to redo my alarm and he said he will also install any camera system I have...

Any suggestions? I would rather everything feeds directly in my PC so I don't have to swap tapes or anything...

Listen chump, drink a shot of whiskey and act like a man. A security camera won't do anything. Hell, what if the person is black? You can't see them at night anyway. So STFU and get a gun, chump.

Yeah, I'd REALLY like to get a gun, but I don't think they allow a 16 year old to purchase a gun and my mom is a pastor of a church and she doesn't like guns that much.
