Need some good PC game suggestions.

Alright, next friday i'm gonna be going to shop on Black Friday with the family, and i want to know what games i should look for. I'm mainly into RTS and FPS games.

Games i already got are(FPS):

Orange box
COD 1, 2, and 4
Crysis
FEAR gold pack(FEAR and extraction point, don't have persus mandate yet)
Bioshock
Brothers in Arms: Earned in blood and Road to hill 30.

RTS games i got are:
Age of Empires Collectors edition(got AOE 1 and 2 and their expansion packs),
Command and Conquer 3(don't have Kane's wrath yet)
Command and Conquer: The First Decade
Company of Heroes
Dawn of War and Winter Assault(don't have Dark Crusade or Soulstorm)
Darwinia
Rise of Nations
Star Wars: Empire at war and its expansion pack
Star Craft and Brood wars
World in Conflict

Alot of people seem to like Team fortess two, so that could be an option. I personally play dawn of war soulstorm, but i know many people who play warcraft 3 and say its amazing; there is however a fair bit of micro-management.

For FPS, consider the Unreal Anthology, specifically for UT 2004. There's still lots of public server action for Onslaught and Invasion Monster Hunt RPG which, for the price you'd pay for UT 2004 today, are pretty worthwhile. For RTS consider Sins of a Solar Empire (though sadly, online multiplayer counts aren't real high for such a great game).

If you like turn base I would go with king bounty. crysis-warhead was fun but very short. I'm very unhappy with far cry 2 and fallout 3 (though fallout 3 is not an fps). I found far cry ($10 these days) to be a *lot* of fun. THe story is a bit goofy esp at the end and it can be a bit difficult the last couple of sections (relative to earlier parts). I found that warcraft 3 sucks - was sort of a dumb down whatever - there is a red alert look alike that was quite good but did not sell well hum can't think of the name - it had a very very difficult expansion pack - the game was well championed by those who purchased it - and it was well reviewed - hum ah - act of war. Anyways I would highly recommend act of war (never played the expansion) if you like that flavor of game.

You can get farcry 1 for free! you can download one with built in US airforce ad. its all legal too. the commercial was not too annoying.

i already got Company of heroes opposing fronts and Crysis warhead and i don't play them because they crash on me all the time(COHF actually shuts off my PC).

Scratch kanes wrath, its a POS and if you are really interested in the story (which imo also sucked) you can see the videos on youtube. To top it all off a group of captive animals coded it (EA outsourced it to some other company) and all the bugs that were fixed from cnc3 return in kanes wrath.

Rest of list looks good, i still have to pick up fallout 3 and far cry 2 as well

Fallout 3 is GREAT. However, the PS3 version is supposedly the worse one out of the 3 platforms (PC, Xbox360, PS3). I would get it for the PC later instead of going with the PS3 version.

Sins of a Solar Empire (RTT, best if you have several friends to play with online)

Left 4 Dead
FEAR (the expansions don't offer much)
Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance (stand alone expansion, only bother with the original if you are interested in the story)
Oblivion (get whatever package that has both expansions and look for mods)
Fallout 3 (very similar to Oblivion, get one but not both)
Crysis
Medieval II: Total War
MechWarrior 4 Mercenaries (more of a Mech simulator, only a must if you love North American versions of mech games)
Half Life 1 (old but good)
Half Life 2 (getting old but good) + Episodes.

I would like to recommend Aliens Vs Predator 1 & 2 but they are very dated by todays standards, even though I still get the willies when playing as the marines.

I dunno if Fallout 3 would be my cup of tea, i rented the PS3 version of it(since theres no PC demo) and i like the first part but now that i'm out in the world i dunno what to do... might get Saints Row 2 instead(the PS3 version, I rented that as well and love it)

I enjoy most aspects of FC2. Some parts of the game are annoying sure, but there are few games that have given me as many "wow" moments.
