I have some exe files I would like to distribute to different parts of the company, and I'd like to have an autorun menu on a CD to make it look semi-professional. You know, something that would list the programs, and then have install buttons after each listing.

Anyone know what software I would need to do this? Hopefully cheap or free would be nice :)

Good topic for the Software forum since your Tucows and Download.com are broken. (thanks to the Mods for cooperating with us Wrong Forum! nazis :) )

1. Download .NET SDK
2. Write out simple VB.NET app in notepad and compile
3. ???
4. Profit!

i use NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System), it is awesome

not sure it is what the OP is really wanting

i paid for a really neat/simple program to make nice CD auto-run menus five years ago, i can't remember the program. i probably lost it. CD's are so "90's"

True, putting the menu on the company intranet / LAN might be easier.

InstallSite.org might have some CD menu app suggestions besides DemoSheild (expensive). Tucows (still around?) and download.com should have a bunch.
