Need some case cooling ideas/help

I have a new desk that has a pc location, this location is lower left enclosed except for a small vent. My current pc gets very hot in their (specs in sig).

What I am thinking of is trying a water cooling solution. I do not OC and would want something that can keep the temp. down in the case therefore keeping the temp down in the comparment. I am thinking of only watercooling the cpu - the video card should be ok.

1. ATX size or smaller case
2. easy install/setup enclosed - first time building water cooling
3. reduce overall heat from system.

I will be building a new system for this, using the Core 2 Duo proc. I have not decided on anything else besides that.

I am looking at the CoolIt Systems Freezone CPU Cooler - TEC Water Cooling

I was thinking of this case http://xoxide.com/water-cooled-xqpack-primochill.html

ideas or help thx 🙂

edit-add info

some good airfolw cases:
Gigabyte aurora
coolermaster stacker
lian li v1000b
all would be water cooling friendly, though you don't really need it. You might wan't to upgrade the zalman to a scythe ninja plus or something. It will cool better and be quieter (120mm fan) All the cases mentioned have 120mm fans as well.

Ill look at some of the cases, thanks.

I do want to do water cooling, just because 🙂

Ive built alot of pc's but never water cooled one.

Instead of messing with a new case, why not provide better venting in your desk. And note that the X-QPack is considerably wider than your typical tower, so it may not fit in the space in your desk. If you must go WC, check out the Gigabyte Aurora. It's basically a stretch Centurion tricked out for WC.
